  • We accept returns within 4–7 working days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • With original tags, packaging, and invoice intact

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items returned after the return window

  • Any product marked as non-returnable or sale/clearance (if applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved:

  • Online payments (Razorpay) will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit (as applicable).

  • Refunds are processed within 4–7 working days after approval.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

  • In case of damaged or wrong products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
